Returns & Exchange Policy

At MOJO, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Try-On at Delivery

  • You may try on your item while the courier waits.
  • If the item doesn’t fit or isn’t right for you, simply hand it back to the courier on the spot — no questions asked.

After the Courier Leaves

  • Once the courier has left, refunds are no longer available.
  • Exchanges only are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale / discounted items
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Made-to-order / custom pieces

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to a sizing or preference issue, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
  • If the issue is due to a sizing chart error on MOJO’s part, MOJO covers the exchange shipping cost.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

  • Exchange only — no refunds.
  • MOJO covers all shipping costs for the exchange.
