• Orders are processed within 2‒3 business days.

• Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

• You will receive a confirmation email message once your order is shipped, including your tracking details.

Try-On Policy

• You may try your item while the courier waits at your door.

Exchange Policy

• Size exchange or factory-flaw exchange is allowed within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

• Exchange requests can be made through WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only eligible while the courier is still at your door.

• Once the courier leaves, refunds can no longer be accepted.

• The item must be handed back immediately in clean, unused, original condition.
